Ingredients
Thousand Island Dressing
- 2 Cups Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Sugar Free Ketchup
- 3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Allulose
- 4 Tbsp Dill Pickles Diced
- 2 Tbsp Yellow Onion Diced
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper or to taste
Salad
- 1 Cup Lettuce
- 6 Slices Dill Pickles
- 1 Tbsp Yellow Onion White - Diced
- 1 Tbsp Bacon Bits
- 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese Grated
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder or to taste
- 1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder or to taste
- 1/2 Tbsp Lawry Seasoned Salt or to taste

Instructions
- In blender combine all ingredients from Thousand Island Recipe and blend until smooth. Set Aside
- Fry 1 lb hamburger meat adding Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- In bowl, place lettuce and add hot hamburger meat, followed by cheese, onions, 4 Tbsp of Thousand Island Dressing
- Garnish with pickle slices and bacon bits
