  • Mix all ingredients together and place meatball size portions on parchment paper on your air fryer rack and press into thin patties.
  • Air fry on 350 degrees for 10 minutes
  • While they're baking, mix up some healthy mayo and more of the Ranch Seasoning for a tasty dipping sauce.


I like to double the recipe and only fry what I am going to eat and keep the chicken mixture in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. I use it for my personal meals throughout the week.
You can also skillet fry these in a little butter.
