  • Preheat oven to 425 F
  • Roughly chop broccoli florets and steam until fork tender, about 20 minutes
  • Drain broccoli and mash with wooden spoon
  • In a bowl, add broccoli, almond flour, 1/2 cup of cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper - Mix well
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with olive oil
  • Form heaping Tbsp size patties of the broccoli mixture and add to lined baking sheet
  • Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown then flip patties, sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese and bake again for 5 minutes until golden brown on both sides

Notes

These are delicious dipped in our Thousand Island Dressing Recipe! Be sure to add whatever you dip them in to your macros! These can store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and can be reheated in an airfryer or microwave. The microwave will make them a little mushier than the airfryer.
