Ingredients
- 1 head Broccoli
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
- 3/4 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese divided
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 3/4 tsp Sea Salt
- Black Pepper to taste
- 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Roughly chop broccoli florets and steam until fork tender, about 20 minutes
- Drain broccoli and mash with wooden spoon
- In a bowl, add broccoli, almond flour, 1/2 cup of cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper - Mix well
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with olive oil
- Form heaping Tbsp size patties of the broccoli mixture and add to lined baking sheet
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown then flip patties, sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese and bake again for 5 minutes until golden brown on both sides
