  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • In large mixing bowl, combine Cauliflower, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, the rest of the cheeses, sour cream and butter
  • Heat in microwave and stir until all cauliflower is thawed and all ingredients are mixed well
  • Stir in garlic powder, salt and pepper
  • Spread in casserole dish, flatten out and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top
  • Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes or until the cheese is hot and bubbly


Optional: Serve with Bacon Crumbles and Chopped Green Onions
