Ingredients
- 3 bags Riced Cauliflower 12 oz each
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese grated and divided
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- In large mixing bowl, combine Cauliflower, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, the rest of the cheeses, sour cream and butter
- Heat in microwave and stir until all cauliflower is thawed and all ingredients are mixed well
- Stir in garlic powder, salt and pepper
- Spread in casserole dish, flatten out and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top
- Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes or until the cheese is hot and bubbly
