Ingredients
- 8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1 cup Sour Cream full fat
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Lawrys Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly coat a 9x13 glass baking dish with avocado oil and set aside
- In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and 1 cup of the parnesan cheese
- Place the chicken thighs evenly into the pan. Spread the sour cream mixture on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle the ramaining parmesan cheese over top of sour cream mixture
- Bake covered for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through
- Turn the oven to broil and place the uncovered pan under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned on toop.
