Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Thighs We used bone in skin on
- 1/2 cup Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Pork Rind Crumbs
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper Use more if you like it spicy
- 2 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Thyme
- 1/2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a large ziploc baggie
- Add all 4 chicken breasts to ziploc baggie with mix
- Seal ziploc baggie and mix chicken with breading until all pieces are well coated. If chicken is not wet enough, add an egg wash to the chicken first. The breading will not stick well if the meat is too dry
- Place Chicken in airfryer or oven on 325 degrees until temperature is 158 - 160 (about 30 minutes in air fryer and about 45 minutes in oven)
