Keto Cereal Bars
These delicious keto cereal bars will take you right back to your childhood when your mom made your favorite cereal into a dessert bar! Enjoy your stroll down memory lane for only 4 net carbs per bar.

Ingredients
- 3.5 Cups Catalina Crunch Cereal We used Honey Graham
- 30 pieces Choc Zero Smallows We used Orignal Flavor
- 7 oz Choc Zero Milk Chocolate Chips

Instructions
- Mix Cereal and Chocolate Chips in large mixing bowl
- Butter a 9x13 casserole dish or pan
- Melt butter and Marshmallows in non-stick skillet, stirring constantly so they don't brown.
- Pour melted mixture into bowl with cereal and chips. Mix quickly making sure all pieces are covered in marshmallow mixture.
- Quickly press the entire mixture into the buttered dish pressing down firmly with a non-stick spatula as you go.
- Let cool. Cut into 12 bars and enjoy!
Notes
You can make this with any of the Catalina Crunch Cereal flavors - they have a ton! I'd suggest ordering a sample pack and testing your favorites. My favorite is peanut butter chocolate!
You can store these in tupperware or a ziploc baggie for up to a week. Trust me, they won't last that long! 🙂
