Ingredients
- 1 Large Portobello Mushroom
- 1/4 cup Raos Pizza Sauce divided
- 1/2 cup Pizza Blend Cheese divided
- 5 slices Pepperoni
- 1 T Diced Green Onions divided
- 1 T Diced Red Onions divided
- 1 T Diced Green Peppers divided
- Garlic Powder to taste
- Italian or Pizza Seasoning to taste
- Crushed Red pepper Flakes to taste
Instructions
- Wash Mushroom
- Clean out inside of mushroom (Keep filling as pizza topping if you like)
- Cover bottom of inside of mushroom cap with ⅛ C Pizza Sauce
- Add ¼ C grated cheese
- Sprinkle with 1 t of Pizza Seasoning
- Add 5 slices of Pepperoni
- Layer with ½ of all remaining toppings
- Add all remaining cheese but 1 T (keep for top)
- Sprinkle with pizza seasoning
- Layer remaining toppings
- Top off with last T of cheese
- Add Crushed Red Pepper Flakes and Garlic Powder to taste
- Bake in air fryer or in oven 350 degrees for 12-18 minutes
